The 70th (or 71st) birthday party for the amazing Class of 1968 of Robert E. Lee High School is ON!!!

DATE:             SATURDAY, MAY 15, 2021

LOCATION:     ORTEGA RIVER CLUB, 4165 LAKESIDE DRIVE, JAX, FL 32210

TIME:              6:00 P.M. SOCIAL HOUR FOLLOWED BY A DELICIOUS BUFFET,

                      THEN MUSIC AND DANCING 'TIL 11:00 P.M. OR LATER!?!

MUSIC:            PROVIDED BY DJ PAUL SPAULDING OF BEACH FEVER MUSIC  

• After the Covid quarantine of 2020, the birthday party committee, headed by the truly awesome Darlene Rennie Joseph, is so excited that the party is actually going to happen!  Please mark your calendars, and come!  The price is affordable - did you notice that the price is half of our age in 2020?  Encourage other classmates to attend!  It will be a wonderful time of remembering our growing up years, renewing friendships and celebrating the fact that we are still alive and kicking!   

• As with our class website, this party is open to our friends who didn't graduate from Lee with us. Therefore we, as the babies of the first year of the mid-decade of the twentieth century, would like to invite others who are in the same boat as we are - celebrating arriving at three score and ten plus years!  Please feel free to extend the invitation to your friends who are celebrating their 70th+ birthday this year, but attended other schools such as Bolles, St.Johns Country Day, and Bishop Kenny, attended a boarding school, or completed their high school education elsewhere. Guests can either mail in a check, or have their classmate friend pay online on this page.

• NOTE:  If you are not a member of the Lee Class of '68,but would like to access our website, please let us  know and we will register you as a guest. To be a guest member, please send  an email to one of the people listed below along with your full name, address (mail and email), phone number and where you attended high school. You will be set up as guest.  You will then need to go to the website, look for Classmate Profiles, use the email address you provided, and set up a password, and voila! you have access to the website.

• Please note that credit cards are certainly accepted with your online registration but that checks are encouraged since the class receives full benefit of payment with checks by avoiding the credit card service charge.  Checks should be made payable to  Lee Class of '68, and mailed to Lee Class of '68, 5859 Long Branch Road, Jacksonville, FL 32234..
